B-ad Agency always asks its subcontractors to take the necessary organizational and technical protection measures with regard to personal data and to guarantee their strict confidentiality.

1.4

Is your data transferred, how and where?

As a general rule, we store your personal data within the European Union. However, since, for example, some of our service providers are located in countries outside the European Union (“Third Countries”), we transfer some of your personal data to Third Countries. In such a case, we ensure that this transfer is carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations and guarantees an adequate level of protection of the privacy and fundamental rights of individuals.

In this context, Personal Data transfers are governed by a data transfer contract based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies and similar technologies

1.6.1 What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small file that websites put on your computer’s hard drive when you first visit.

The cookie contains a unique code that allows your browser to recognize your browser during your visit to the website (“session cookie”) or during future repeat visits (“permanent cookie”). Cookies may be placed by the server of the website you visit or by partners with whom this website collaborates. The server of a website can only read the cookies it has placed itself; it has no access to any other information on your computer or mobile device. Cookies are stored on your computer or mobile device in the directory of your browser. The contents of a cookie generally consist of the name of the server that placed the cookie, an expiration date and a unique encrypted code.

1.6.2 What are cookies used for?

Thanks to a cookie, our Website can recognize you while preserving your anonymity. The Website takes note of your preferences and automatically adapts to your wishes. But this information is in no way linked to your name or identity.

This information is used by B-ad Agency to maintain the quality of its services and to obtain general statistics on the use of the Website. For these purposes, we combine this automatically collected data with Personal Information such as name, e-mail address and telephone number.

Commercial Cookies

Our Website uses cookies which, depending on the pages you visit, keeps track of products or services that may be of interest to you. Thanks to these cookies and the means of the advertising network of Google (Google AdWords, Google Analytics, the Google Display network and DoubleClick) and Facebook (Facebook, Instagram), we are able to present advertisements for targeted products and services on other websites that are part of these advertising networks. This technique is called “retargeting”. These cookies do not contain any personal data.

Invisible pixels

We use a software technology called web beacons (also known as web beacons or web beacons), which helps us to better manage the Website by telling us which content is most effective. Web beacons are very small images with a unique identifier, performing a function similar to cookies, and used to track the online movements of web users. Unlike cookies, which are stored on the hard drive of the user’s computer, web beacons are embedded invisibly on web pages or in e-mails. We use web beacons in our HTML-type e-mails to identify e-mails that have been opened by recipients. This allows us to measure the effectiveness of certain communications and, more generally, of our marketing campaigns. We combine the information collected by web beacons placed in e-mails with Personal Information about our customers. If you do not wish to receive these e-mails, you may withdraw your consent at any time and we will stop sending you e-mails.
